Job Description
A local distribution center is looking for experienced Loaders/Unloaders to keep operations moving! If you have experience loading hundreds of cases by hand, can handle physically demanding work, and have a track record of reliability and great job tenure, this is the job for you!
When going permanent with the company, the employee will receive medical, dental, and vision benefits. They will also receive access to a 401k, employee assistance program, a well-being program, and paid time off (PTO).
Responsibilities:
- Load and unload heavy beverage cases and products onto trucks by hand.
- Move cases onto conveyor lines quickly and consistently.
- Perform various warehouse tasks as needed during overnight shifts.
- Maintain a fast work pace to meet productivity goals.
- Use a stand-up reach or cherry-picker forklift to organize and palletize shipments.
Requirements:
- Strong work history with great attendance and reliability (no job jumpers!).
- Ability to lift 35+ lbs. repeatedly throughout a 10+ hour shift.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
- Forklift experience preferred (stand-up reach or cherry picker) but not required.
Schedule:
- Monday – Friday
- 7:30 AM – Until Work is Complete
Pay Rate:
- $16/Hour
- Possible Overtime
