Job Description
Steady work, great benefits, and a solid team—sound good? A local distribution center is looking for skilled Forklift Operators to join the crew! If you have at least 1 year of experience operating stand-up, sit-down, and cherry picker forklifts (and don’t mind some hands-on work) this could be a great fit for you!
Responsibilities:
- Safely unload trailers, verify loads, and stage products for put-away
- Pick and pack orders using label picking, scanners, or paper tickets
- Operate stand-up, sit-down, and cherry picker forklifts efficiently
- Use warehouse tools and scanners to track inventory
- Assist with cycle counts and inventory checks
- Work closely with teammates and delivery personnel
Requirements:
- 1+ years of experience operating stand-up, sit-down, and cherry picker forklifts required
- Comfort using RF scanners and reading order numbers is a plus
- Ability to lift 30-40 lbs throughout your shift (this role involves more than just driving a forklift)
- Willingness to work overtime as needed
- Comfortable working at heights
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
Schedule:
- Monday - Friday
- 5:30AM - till as late as 5PM
- Saturdays when necessary
Pay Rate:
- $17/Hour
