Project Coordinator - Low Voltage Data Cabling

- Coordinate logistics, purchasing, and invoicing tasks related to construction operations
- Provide administrative oversight of field personnel scheduling and labor requirements
- Support the Project Manager and Project Engineer with deliverables and overall project management needs
- Track documentation and project timelines, ensuring communication between field and office staff
- Assist in maintaining project schedules and managing task completion deadlines
- Work closely with vendors, contractors, and suppliers to maintain workflow continuity
- 1–2 years of experience working in the construction industry as a project coordinator
- 3–5 years of scheduling experience preferred
- Experience with all facets of coordination including logistics, invoicing, and purchasing
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic project environment
- Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines under pressure
- Monday – Friday, some Saturdays
- 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- $60,000 - $80,000/Annually
- Per Diem and Housing provided for qualified candidates
- Abilene, TX
