Job Description

Are you an experienced coordinator with a strong background in construction logistics and project support? We’re hiring a Project Coordinator to support a major Hyperscale build in Abilene, TX.

This is a contract-to-hire opportunity with competitive pay and long-term potential.

Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate logistics, purchasing, and invoicing tasks related to construction operations
  • Provide administrative oversight of field personnel scheduling and labor requirements 
  • Support the Project Manager and Project Engineer with deliverables and overall project management needs
  • Track documentation and project timelines, ensuring communication between field and office staff
  • Assist in maintaining project schedules and managing task completion deadlines
  • Work closely with vendors, contractors, and suppliers to maintain workflow continuity
 
Requirements:
  • 1–2 years of experience working in the construction industry as a project coordinator
  • 3–5 years of scheduling experience preferred
  • Experience with all facets of coordination including logistics, invoicing, and purchasing
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic project environment
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines under pressure
 
Schedule:
  • Monday – Friday, some Saturdays
  • 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
 
Pay Rate:
  • $60,000 - $80,000/Annually
  • Per Diem and Housing provided for qualified candidates
