Responsibilities:
- Safely troubleshoots, repairs, and executes all preventive maintenance tasks on all molding machines and related equipment required in tooling and manufacturing.
- Schedule and Assign work orders based on urgency and need.
- Ensures maintenance and repair work is completed safely, effectively, and in a timely manner.
- This position will maintain production and facility equipment to include installation, set up, preventative maintenance and adjustments required by technical service instructions.
- Oversee the training of all new technicians to join the team.
Requirements:
- Prior experience working with plastic manufacturing equipment.
- 2-3 years of experience leading a team of technicians offering maintenance to equipment and facilities.
- Confident team player with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Schedule:
- Full Time – Regular Schedule
Pay Rate:
- $75,000-$95,000/Salary (DOE)
