Job Description

A thriving concrete company in the area is currently hiring for the position of a full-time office administrator! Responsibilities:
  • Receive, review, and process sales documents for job processing.
  • Manage tracking sheet for client gifts.
  • Routinely communicate with clients in a timely manner.
  • Prepare and email weekly projections reports.
  • Update warehouse inventory spreadsheets weekly.
  • Review and approve labor hours daily.
  • Manage credit card spending reports and track all receipts.
  • Maintain and order office supplies.
  • Any other tasks assigned.
  • Order logoed shirts, hats, visors for employees as needed.
  • Maintain kitchen supplies and ensure the kitchen is clean at the end of each day.
  • Provide technology support for computers, phones, and other IT devices to staff.
 
Requirements:
  • Must be able to pass a drug screen and background check. 
  • Ability to sit/ stand for long periods of time. 
  • Must be able to regularly lift and/or move up to 10 pounds, with occasional lifting of up to 25 pounds.
  • Outstanding organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to effectively present information to all employee levels.
  • Objective and critical thinker regarding process improvement and technology.
  • Builds strong relationships with both internal and external partners.
  • Strong computer navigation, including proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Minimum of 1 year administrative support experience preferred.
 
Schedule:
  • Monday-Friday 
  • 8am to  5pm
 
Pay Rate: 
  • DOE 
  • $17-$24
 
Location: 
  • Universal City
