Job Description
We are seeking a high-performing and experienced General Manager of Human Resources to lead the HR function at a manufacturing facility in Cibolo, Texas. This pivotal role involves overseeing all HR operations, guiding staff, and ensuring alignment with strategic business objectives.
The HR General Manager will act as a key leader in developing policies, fostering a supportive workplace culture, and driving talent development to meet long-term goals.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute HR strategies in alignment with overall business objectives.
- Lead and oversee the HR department, including managing and mentoring HR staff.
- Administer HR plans, procedures, and benefits programs while ensuring policy compliance.
- Direct recruitment, training, and performance management processes to support workforce development.
- Establish KPIs and systems to monitor departmental performance and results.
- Foster strong relationships with employees, addressing concerns to maintain morale and trust.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR or a related field is required.
- 10+ years of HR management experience, including 7+ years in a leadership role.
- 5+ years of HR experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong understanding of employment laws, compensation strategies, and HR systems.
- Proven interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on relationship-building.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR business systems; analytical and problem-solving expertise.
- HR certifications (SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, SPHR) preferred.

- $130K - $140K Annually
