General Manager
Job Description
Are you a proven operations leader who thrives in a fast-paced, rapidly growing environment? We are seeking a highly driven General Manager for a rapidly growing collectible and fulfillment company in the collectibles industry. This role is ideal for someone who is decisive, process-minded, and able to learn quickly by observing, listening, and taking initiative. We are searching for a strong, no-nonsense leader who can oversee daily operations, optimize performance, and guide a growing team while keeping costs in check. If you excel in high-growth environments and can take full ownership of operations within 90 days, we want to speak with you.
Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily operations across manufacturing, warehousing, inventory, and fulfillment to ensure efficiency and accuracy.
• Manage supply chain needs including ordering materials, tracking inventory, and ensuring product availability.
• Lead teams across production, warehouse, fulfillment, and customer service with a focus on productivity and accountability.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and use forecasting to ensure proper stock levels.
• Maximize output while reducing or maintaining operating costs.
• Ensure high-quality production and on-time, error-free fulfillment for both bulk and direct-to-consumer orders.
• Identify process improvements and implement scalable systems to support rapid growth.
• Resolve operational issues quickly and make sound, independent decisions.
• Learn the business through hands-on interaction with leadership and team—despite not having everything documented.
• After 90 days, independently run daily operations and support strategic growth initiatives.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of experience leading operations in a warehouse, manufacturing, retail, or e-commerce environment.
• Proven ability to learn quickly, take initiative, and make decisions with limited information.
• Strong leadership skills with experience managing diverse teams.
• Experience in inventory management, forecasting, and process optimization.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with tight deadlines.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace and inventory management systems.
• Strong problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
Schedule:
- Monday – Friday
- 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM
Pay Rate:
- $80,000/year + End-of-Year Bonus
