Job Description

Responsibilities:
  • Support the month-end close process, including journal entries, account reconciliations, and ensuring compliance with reporting deadlines.
  • Review and reconcile general ledger accounts, prepare analytical reports and explaining variances in compliance with GAAP.
  • Oversee accounts payable and receivable functions, ensuring timely processing of invoices, payments, and collections.
  • Monitor A/R, cash position, and assist with collections, addressing claims and shipping issues with customers and the sales team.
  • Conduct financial analysis using spreadsheet reports, internal reviews, and prepare documentation for external audits.
  • Assist with IT-related tasks as needed.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
 
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting required.
  • 2+ years of professional accounting experience preferred.
  • Advanced Excel skills and proficiency with Microsoft 365.
  • Experience with financial modeling, projections, and budgeting in an ERP system.
  • Must pass background and drug test.
 
Schedule:
  • Monday – Thursday
  • Full Time
 
Pay Rate: 
  • $60,000/Annually
