Position Description:
You’ll be responsible for targeting and closing strategic clients both locally and regionally. This means you’ll be building business contacts, keeping your database up-to-date, and identifying and developing opportunities.
Responsibilities:
- Strategic account development, establishing and building business contacts, keeping database updated, identifying and developing opportunities.
- Engage with prospect organizations to position FirstOption Staffing through strategic value-based selling, business case definition, ROI analysis, references, and analyst data.
- Providing leadership to and being accountable for the performance and growth of accounts and for achieving and exceeding market goals
- Evaluating and negotiating contracts in compliance with company standards, pricing structures, and other key process control.
- Reports to the President
Requirements:
- 2 + years sales experience selling to Human Resources, C-Level Executives, Hiring Managers, Business Owners, COOs, VP or Director of Operations and Branch Management level Clientele.
- Proficiency in computer systems and Microsoft programs
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- The right candidate will be used to or prepared for a long cycle sales process.
- Ability to anticipate the impacts of decisions on clients and internal departments.
- Ability to understand and interpret situations, personalities, influences, needs and requirements to formulate effective negotiations and pricing strategies.
- Ability to work in a team environment, lead in fast paced situations while taking directions and working independently in the field.
- Ability to travel, as needed.
Education:
- College degree or equivalent experience in sales, account and territory management
Comp & Benefits:
- Base salary + Commission + Bonus
- Health Insurance after 90 days
- Car allowance
- Phone Allowance
Schedule:
- Mon-Fri 8-5
- Occasional Client Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner
- After hour networking meetings Etc.
Location:
- Off 410 and Broadway, near Alamo Heights
