Job Description
A global automotive supplier that works with the top automobile manufacturers is looking to hire entry-level Assembly Team Members.

Responsibilities:
- Follow standardized procedures to operate machinery used in the production process or use standardized procedures to assemble parts on an assembly line
- Meet daily production quantity targets based upon assigned production schedule and manufacturing leadership request
- Maintains safe and clean working environment by complying with all manufacturing and safety guidelines, procedures and regulations
- Perform manual dexterity work involving fingers, hands, and arms in repeated motion
- Remove parts, machine attachments, or waste material from machine.
- Responsible for the safe and efficient operation of manufacturing equipment
- Maintain a safety working environment and follow all safety procedures
- Report quality issues to supervisor to ensure that issues are investigated and corrected.
Requirements:
- Must be able to pass a drug screen and a background check
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Math skills - basic mathematic skills to ensure accurate measurements
- Effective oral and written communications skills
- Experience in a cross-cultural working environment
- Work is largely within a climate-controlled and clean lab environment, but Team Members may be exposed to manufacturing conditions during their work (may be noisy, humid, and with high traffic)
- Able to lift up to 30lbs.
- Ability to work overtime and weekends on short notice as necessary
- Must be willing to rotate shifts on a set schedule
Schedule:
- Monday-Friday
- Shift rotates every 30 days
- 6:30 – 3:15 (Some shifts may extend to as late as 6:30)
Pay Rate:
- Orientation (Not rotating): $18.50 per hour
- Rotating Shift: $19.00 per hour (regardless of shift currently being worked)
