Job Description
Are you a seasoned accounting professional who knows QuickBooks Online and is looking for a place to let their skills shine? We’re looking for an Accounting Specialist who brings both technical skill and hands-on experience to the table—someone who’s ready to jump in, take ownership of key financial tasks, and bring clarity and precision to day-to-day operations!
This role is ideal for someone who’s organized, proactive, and confident in managing all things financial behind the scenes.
Responsibilities:
- Manage Profit and Loss statements with accuracy and insight.
- Enter contracts, bills, and vendor payments into QuickBooks Online.
- Create and send customer invoices, tracking outstanding balances.
- Process and track Purchase Orders to support procurement.
- Reconcile accounts, support monthly close, and ensure financial records are always up-to-date.
- Maintain clean documentation and support reporting needs across the organization.
- Communicate with vendors, suppliers, and internal team members to keep everything running smoothly.
- Greet office visitors, and maintain lobby clean and organized.
Requirements:
- Proven experience and QuickBooks Online Certification highly preferred
- Demonstrated expertise in P&L management, billing, invoicing, and purchase order processing.
- Sharp attention to detail with the ability to spot inconsistencies and fix issues quickly.
- Strong communication skills—both written and verbal.
- Highly organized, dependable, and able to manage multiple accounting tasks with minimal supervision.
- Must be able to pass background check and drug test
Schedule:
- Monday-Friday
- 8AM – 5PM
Pay Rate:
- $25 - $30/Hourly
- Depending on Experience
