- Collaborate with the team. Work closely with leadership and recruiters to build strategies, share insights, and celebrate wins.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills—you know how to connect and follow through.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and a habit of keeping data tight, clean, and useful.
- A natural understanding of how to nurture and maintain long-term relationships.
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, Outlook, CRM systems).
- Comfort working independently while staying in sync with a team that moves fast.
- Willingness to travel occasionally for meetings, networking events, and client visits.
- $40,000 – $60,000 base + uncapped commission
- Health insurance after 90 days
- Car and phone allowance
