You’ll help us win new clients, strengthen relationships, and drive the systems that keep our marketing and sales engines running strong.
What You’ll Do
- Build genuine relationships. You’ll connect with decision-makers, understand their hiring needs, and create long-term staffing partnerships that actually deliver results.
- Nurture what you build. You’ll manage and feed our CRM, keep data clean and accurate, and drive marketing drip campaigns that keep prospects and clients engaged.
- Spot and close opportunities. You’ll turn conversations into contracts by knowing when to push, when to listen, and how to show real value.
- Bounce back stronger. This is a competitive industry—you’ll take hits, learn fast, and keep swinging with energy and optimism.
- Be our voice in the market. Represent FirstOption with professionalism and confidence—no gimmicks, no hard sell, just honesty and results.
- Collaborate with the team. Work closely with leadership and recruiters to build strategies, share insights, and celebrate wins.
- Level up your skills. Grow in sales, client development, negotiation, and relationship management, with guidance from a team that’s done it all.
What You Bring
- Drive, curiosity, and the ability to thrive in a competitive environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills—you know how to connect and follow through.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and a habit of keeping data tight, clean, and useful.
- A natural understanding of how to nurture and maintain long-term relationships.
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, Outlook, CRM systems).
- Comfort working independently while staying in sync with a team that moves fast.
- Willingness to travel occasionally for meetings, networking events, and client visits.
Compensation & Perks
- $40,000 – $60,000 base + uncapped commission
- Health insurance after 90 days
- Car and phone allowance
- A culture that values effort, integrity, and persistence as much as results
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8 AM–5 PM
(With the occasional breakfast, lunch, or happy-hour meeting that helps close deals.)
